I haven't really painted people...a lot....I'm not sure why.... but... so lately I've been painting... people...meaning...me. Just playing with color...and shape...and maybe I'll work up to other parts too...like faces. You really have to nail a face....especially if people know who it is...if you don't get the face right...it just looks completely wrong. At least these parts are more forgiving... and yes...this is me.
and just like in the other one ( I like this one better)... I used the flat brush..I love that thing.

and here you can see all the layers close up...and the sketch marks...I love to leave in my pencil marks...and...I also like to leave a lot of white of the paper in my watercolors.
