I'm ready for a sea-change.....one that makes my eyes shine like pearls. :) sometimes....there needs to be a sort of.....death of one thing.....for another thing to be born.....the giving up of old ways...to make way for new...it seems to be a big thing this year....time for stripping down the old...
time for rebirth...and rebuilding...reaching for things that once seemed so far away....
but
sometimes reaching goals means...you have to let go of the old....like I said before...you can't have one foot firmly in the old ways....stuck in the boat...and one foot reaching for the dock....and just stuck....
pick a direction and go for it....and since you've changed.....and continue to change....and want good things....you gotta pick the direction that honors you...
the you...the changed you.
because the more you continue to stay stuck in the old ways....and settle for old ways of doing things....because the old way....was built for you by other people....and you let them build it...without consideration for who you are inside....you know....because you think that's the way it should be.....
you will continue to be unhappy with that.....because you know how you want things built now....
you've changed and in a sense....woke up and realized you are ready for a sea-change...
and although change can be terrifying....that's fear....that's backwards....that's the ego, scared of letting go....of the old ways..that's something telling you that the old ways are good enough....
Love tells you....it's ok...that everything will be ok....and that you gotta move forward and build yourself a home that honors you...and the sacred way you were always supposed to live....
just...somehow...the world took over....and other people...society....arbitrary things.....kept you away from....
who you are. what you want to accomplish in this world....and what you want to radiate out to everyone.....
because when you drop the mask....open your eyes...and start being who you are...speaking the words you need to speak....doing the actions you need to do...
that is blissful....happiness.....and you create a positive ripple.....to the whole world.
because you are happy....and in your happiness...you will make other people happy....and if they aren't happy for you...
maybe ask yourself.....why would they want you to be someone you aren't? because they are afraid of change themselves....but they will also need to change and honor themselves....
and in honoring ourselves....we can honor others....
by loving yourself...you can really love others.....and help them on their path....with full hearts...
